Nutrition and Pyramid

There are steps in being healthier in the food pyramid. Six sections on the pyramid for healthier lives (food pyramids). Grains: breads, cereal, rice, and even pasta. Second are the vegetables, next are the fruits. Next is the milk, after meats and beans. Last but not least are fats, oils and meats. That completes the health pyramid! Finding the balances in food is important. Keep calories no more than recommended. Active 30 minutes at least, and 60 minutes of being active to not gaining weight. Children and teenagers should be active an hour a day at the minimum everyday. Any diet related illnesses are diabetes, obesity, cancer, stroke, heart disease and even type II and I. Quit smoking, exercising and maintain a healthy diet can prevent heart diseases. Hypertension is high blood pressure also known as the silent killer. Diabetes is the blood not being able to control carbohydrate. Type I is minor diabetes. Can be caused by genetics or even through other diseases. Type II is the major diabetes. It’s the one out of the two that you don’t want. Obesity worsens, now occurring with children and start at a younger age. One of the most deadly is high blood pressure, diabetes II and obesity.
