This study is different because presents true accounts of women of different race, class and ethnicity in work organizations. The facts supporting the intersection class as significant dimension that exposes unequal power among women are reliable. This study uses several frameworks in order reach the reconceptualization of gender class and race as concurrent progression of identity.
